Do you need my password?

No. You invite us using manager access and retain ownership. If the profile is unverified or you cannot access it, tell us before purchasing.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No. We can improve agreed profile details and local presence, but Google determines rankings, approval, and publication.

How do payment and approval work?

We confirm scope, timing, costs, and access in writing. Payment is due before work begins; recurring fees are paid before each service month. Extra work is agreed separately. You approve content and important changes before they go live.
